I have text and email to prove it. December 2022 I emailed, called and texted Erika to let her know I would not be renewing my lease and I would be moving out earlier (literally 28 days before lease end) well as of 2/16/23 it hasn’t been communicated to the billing department that I’m no longer there as of 1/31/23. Still have a balance in my portal, charged a late fee and Mark called talking about my balance. Every time I text Erika because she will not answer now she gives me an excuse that “they are extremely business” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you’re looking for cheap outdated suites.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For the past two months I have been calling emailing and calling Ericka about my needed space. Im sure I drove her crazy however she always gave me the gave several locations to go view. The first location I visited wound up being my choice… The process was easy and not complicated like other places I visited. Not only that, my request for some changes to the space were done in a timely manner and trust and believe thats rare that you get that elsewhere.. Im super pleased with Ericka and Souder Properties!
