3 Steps to Choosing the Best Warehouse
1) Identify Your What Your Business Needs in a Warehouse
Depending on your type of business, there may be some requirements your warehouse may need for you to operate properly. Do you need electricity or a specifc amount of electrical outlets? What about water or temperature? What are you storing in the warehouse — will you need a specific ceiling height? Will employees be working inside this warehouse? If they are working for long periods of time, you will may need an office and restroom. These questions need to be answered and throught through before renting your warehouse space for your business.
2) Access
Depending on what you are storing in this warehouse, you will need to determine what type of access is needed. Do you need large overhead bay doors? What height? Doorways should be tall and wide enough for deliveries. Depending on your business, you may also need a dock.

December 2022 I emailed, called and texted Erika to let her know I would not be renewing my lease and I would be moving out earlier (literally 28 days before lease end) well as of 2/16/23 it hasn’t been communicated to the billing department that I’m no longer there as of 1/31/23. Still have a balance in my portal, charged a late fee and Mark called talking about my balance. Every time I text Erika because she will not answer now she gives me an excuse that “they are extremely business” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you’re looking for cheap outdated suites.
