I had a great experience leasing my office with Souder Properties! The staff are always professional and respond quickly when needed. My office building was always clean, safe, and had lots of parking spaces for my clients. I will truly miss the wonderful tenants and guests that I had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed!

Very good locations, prices are much lower than all other rentals that I had researched. Office buildings are clean and if you ever run into any issues they handle the requests very promptly! They worked with my company very well when we were impacted financially by Covid 19 and sent the tenants several resources to assist us financially.

I currently lease 2 spaces with Souder Properties in both NC and SC and it has been a pleasure. Erika, the property manager is responsive and works hard to address any questions or concerns I have immediately. I rented at Souder Properties on David Taylor Drive for over a year and the staff is very professional, responsive and always looking to grow and make things easier for their tenants. The building is always up kept and communication is open when there are any concerns. I would recommend this space for people looking for a great start for their business or for people who are looking for an affordable place to grow their business. Also, the property manager Erika that I worked with while leasing was very helpful and informative during our shutdown during COVID-19.

Don’t waste your time with this company. If you have a felony on your record don’t waste your time on paying their application fee because this company doesn’t believe in second chances. Plus they don’t provide equipment for their salon suites only the water supply .Don’t walk but run!!! From this company.
