I rented at Souder Properties on David Taylor Drive for over a year and the staff is very professional, responsive and always looking to grow and make things easier for their tenants. The building is always up kept and communication is open when there are any concerns. I would recommend this space for people looking for a great start for their business or for people who are looking for an affordable place to grow their business. Also, the property manager Erika that I worked with while leasing was very helpful and informative during our shutdown during COVID-19.

I first inquired a few months earlier, and didn’t find a vacancy within my budget. Erika promised me she’d keep an eye out for me, and as soon as there was one that fit my criteria, she was in touch. The process of visiting the property and applying for a lease was very convenient and safe, and throughout both Erika and the building management have been quick to reply to questions, and very pleasant to work with. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Very good locations, prices are much lower than all other rentals that I had researched. Office buildings are clean and if you ever run into any issues they handle the requests very promptly! They worked with my company very well when we were impacted financially by Covid 19 and sent the tenants several resources to assist us financially.
My leasing experience at 9625 David Taylor Dr. in Charlotte, NC, will be a memorable time for me as this was the first year of private practice. The building was clean and I felt confident and comfortable when my clients arrived. When I had a concern I emailed or sent a text to the property manager and she always responded within a few hours or no later than same day. My clients are all virtual now, however, when I am ready to return to an office space, I will call Souder Properties for any vacancies that may be available!
