I have text and email to prove it. December 2022 I emailed, called and texted Erika to let her know I would not be renewing my lease and I would be moving out earlier (literally 28 days before lease end) well as of 2/16/23 it hasn’t been communicated to the billing department that I’m no longer there as of 1/31/23. Still have a balance in my portal, charged a late fee and Mark called talking about my balance. Every time I text Erika because she will not answer now she gives me an excuse that “they are extremely business” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you’re looking for cheap outdated suites.
