If I could give these crooks a minus 10 I would ! These are the worst people in the world to rent from! The rent is cheap and now I understand why! They will not fix anything and if they do , they will find a way to charge the tenant! It rains inside the building every time it rains, They are nasty and try to belittle the tenants, the building is dirty, nasty has an order and unsafe They don’t care about nothing but the rent!!!!!! I am not a tenant but I am a customer! The floors are filthy and bathrooms are disgusting as well!

I received great customer service. They assisted through out the whole process of finding a new rental, and the application process. With an added bonus of receiving my keys early. I appreciated the professionalism when speaking on the phone, and when I texted I loved the speedy responses back. I would absolutely refer everyone to work with sounder properties.

Never mind trying to get a salon suit here especially if your a barber Erica which is the is the land lord told me that barbers aren’t allowed in any of there salons because they don’t like the male traffic totally discriminated against males working in the suites I wouldn’t recommend anyone period very unprofessional!!!!
