If I could give this place 0 stars I would. As a previous tenant and reading the reviews it’s all a lie! I have text and email to prove it. December 2022 I emailed, called and texted Erika to let her know I would not be renewing my lease and I would be moving out earlier (literally 28 days before lease end) well as of 2/16/23 it hasn’t been communicated to the billing department that I’m no longer there as of 1/31/23. Still have a balance in my portal, charged a late fee and Mark called talking about my balance. Im sure I drove her crazy however she always gave me the gave several locations to go view. The first location I visited wound up being my choice… The process was easy and not complicated like other places I visited.
Not only that, my request for some changes to the space were done in a timely manner and trust and believe thats rare that you get that elsewhere.. Im super pleased with Ericka and Souder Properties!
